Tartisan Nickel has closed the grant of a 0.5% gross revenue royalty on six mining patents at the Kenbridge nickel project in the Kenora mining district in Ontario, Canada to Electric Royalties, the two companies said. The approximate market value of the transaction is C$1,350,000, consisting of $500,000 in cash and 2.5 million shares of Electric Royalties.
