Kier Group is engaged in construction, support services, residential and commercial property development, and infrastructure project investment. The company is organised in five divisions. The construction segment comprises Kier Regional and Kier Construction. Support services comprise Kier Support Services, which facilitates management, reactive and planned building maintenance, plant hire and other outsourced services for both private and public sectors. The Homes segment operates through Kier Residential. The property development business operates through Kier Property and engages in commercial property development. In the Infrastructure investment segment, Kier Project Investment manages the company’s interests in private finance initiative (PFI), as well as construction, property development, housing and facilities management.
