Sportech PLC is a United Kingdom-based gaming company. It comprises two segments: Football Gaming and e-Gaming. The Football Gaming division includes the traditional football pools products run under the Littlewoods and Zetters brand names and associated games, such as Spot the Ball, Premier 10 and Lotto. The e-Gaming division includes the online activities of Littlewoods Poker, Littlewoods Casino, Littlewoods Bingo and Game On. In August 2007, the Company acquired the Vernons football pools business of Ladbrokes plc. In November 2008, Sportech PLC announced the acquisition of 4thegame.com, a football community Website.
