Resolute Mining Ltd is a successful African-focused gold miner with more than 30 years of experience as an explorer, developer and operator of ten gold mines which have produced more than 9 million ounces of gold. The company currently owns two producing gold mines: the Syama Gold Mine in Mali (Syama) and the Mako Gold Mine in Senegal (Mako). Syama is a robust, long-life asset comprising a underground mine and associated sulphide processing circuit, along with satellite open pit operations which provide ore feed to a separate oxide processing circuit. Mako is a high quality, open pit gold mine which Resolute has owned and operated since August 2019.

The company is commissioning the world’s first fully automated underground gold mine in Mali with the aim of delivering a low-cost, large-scale operation with a mine life beyond 2032.
The gold producer’s prospectus in support of listing has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
The company’s hedge book totals 190,000 ounces and represents less than 3% of its current gold ore reserves.

The company aims to deliver long life, low-cost mines at Syama, Ravenswood, and Bibiani.
The company’s total investment in exploration and discovery since 2010 has been $193 million, with its historical cost calculated at $33 per reserve ounce and $19 per resource ounce.
The mine operated on a partial shutdown basis during the monsoon but plans to make it up.
