Nextech AR Solutions Corp. (CSE:NTAR, OTCQB:NEXCF) said its financial and operating results for the third quarter 2022 include a 3D modelling revenue jump of 192%, plus a technology services jump of over 66% over second quarter, the latter coming in at approximately C$920,000.

Nextech also reported its 3D model production increased over 110%, its technology services gross profit margin improved to over 60% versus the 37% reported in 2Q. Its gross profit was approximately $555,000 on $920,000 in 3Q technology revenue with a gross profit margin of 60%.

Gratomic Inc has announced the first assay results from the diamond drilling program at its Aukam graphite project in Namibia.

The 15-sample program was intended to intercept mineralized graphite veins to confirm the company's early estimations and to provide a deeper understanding of Aukam geology.

Québec Nickel Corp provided a sweeping update on the recent exploration activities at its Ducros nickel-copper-cobalt-gold-platinum-group elements (PGE) project, 80 kilometers (km) northeast of Val-d’Or, in Québec.

The Vancouver, British Columbia-based mineral exploration company said drilling at the Fortin Sill Zone and the immediate area continues with two surface drills. The focus of drilling is the interpreted extensions of the nickel-copper-PGE zone, evaluating multiple geophysical anomalies that have similar expressions as that at the Fortin Sill Zone, as well as exploring the mineralized system at depth.

Silver Range Resources Ltd (TSX-V:SNG, OTC:SLRRF) has issued an update on the staking of its Bankroll property in the Jessup mining district in Nevada and other recent events.

The Bankroll property covers the former Gold Ore claims located about five kilometers west-southwest of the Jessup deposit, which is currently held by Torrent Gold Inc. Historical sampling returned assays up to 22.90 grams per ton of gold and 300 g/t of silver, and cursory sampling by Silver Range during returned assays up to 2.9 g/t gold and 149 g/t silver.

American Resources Corporation (NASDAQ:AREC) has added former Eli Lilly executive Daniel Hasler to the board of directors at its wholly- owned subsidiary, ReElement Technologies.

The appointment comes into effect when the spin-off to a standalone publicly-traded company is completed, but Hasler will join the ReElement Technologies advisory board immediately until the Form 10 spin-off is completed.

Predictmedix Inc. (CSE:PMED, OTCQB:PMEDF) has announced the revenue-generating deployment of Safe Entry at LongArm Engineering's Odessa Texas facility, which will be secured by Predictmedix's lead reseller, SBL Testing Technologies.

The provider of rapid health screening and remote patient care solutions said Safe Entry will be used to screen staff, contractors, clients, and guests to ensure a healthy and safe workplace.

Vyant Bio (NASDAQ:VYNT) has announced that it has received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market. The notice from Nasdaq on November 16, 2022, noted it evidenced a closing bid price of its shares of common stock at or greater than the $1.00 per share minimum requirement for the last 10 consecutive business days.

Western Magnesium Corp. (TSX-V:WMG, OTCQB:MLYF) said it has closed a non-brokered private placement of unsecured convertible notes of $3,748,561. The offering will be convertible into shares of common stock of the company for a period of five years from the closing date, at a price of nine cents. For every conversion share issued, one company class A common stock purchase warrant shall also be issued, exercisable at a price of 17 cents for a period of 18 months from the closing date. Separately, the company also said it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $1-million. The offering is for up to 11,111,111 units at a price of $0.09 per unit for gross proceeds of up to USD $1, 00,000.00. Each unit will consist of one common share in the capital of Western Magnesium and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable into one common share for a period of twenty-four months at a price of $0.18.

Usha Resources Ltd (TSX-V:USHA) announced that is has obtained an interim order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia authorizing it to call an Annual General and Special Meeting to approve the plan of arrangement between itself and Formation Metals Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary. The order was granted on November 14, 2022. At the meeting, among other matters, shareholders will be asked to consider the arrangement in which, if approved, will result in Usha shareholders receiving one share of the subsidiary for every five shares of Usha they own. Upon completion of the arrangement, Usha shareholders will ultimately own shares in two public companies, namely in Usha which will be focused on its US-based assets and Formation Metals, which will be focused on nickel at the Nicobat project in Ontario.

Doré Copper Mining Corp. (TSX-V:DCMC, OTCQX:DRCMF) announced it has submitted to the Administrator of the James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement the Preliminary Information Statement for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for the commencement of its proposed hub-and spoke operation near Chibougamau, Québec. The Preliminary Information Statement is the first step of the environmental and social assessment and review procedure under the Environment Quality Act. On behalf of the Administrator, the Environmental and Social Impact Evaluating Committee (COMEV) will review the Preliminary Information Statement then issue a project Directive, the proponent roadmap under which the ESIA will be carried out.

Kainantu Resources Ltd (TSX-V:KRL) announced the results from its annual general meeting of shareholders virtually held on November 16, 2022. Shareholders elected all four of the nominees listed in KRL's management information circular dated October 20, 2022, that were proposed by management for election to the board of directors. Shareholders also appointed Smythe LLP as auditor for the upcoming year and authorized the directors of the company to fix the remuneration of the auditor. As well, they approved the company's incentive stock option plan.

Falcon Gold Corp (TSX-V:FG, OTC:FGLDF) said it has completed its previously-announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) involving Latamark Resources Corp. The arrangement was approved by special resolution at a special meeting of shareholders held on September 8, 2022. The company obtained a final order approving the arrangement from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on September 14, 2022, and the arrangement became effective on November 2, 2022. Pursuant to the arrangement, holders of Falcon shares as of the close of business on October 28, 2022 received one common share in the capital of Latamark for every 5.8 common shares held in the company. Latamark has also issued 5 million Latamark shares to Falcon pursuant to the arrangement. It is the intention of Latamark to raise new capital, and to seek a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, however there is no assurance Latamark will be successful in doing so.
