Scancell Holdings, the AIM-listed developer of novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer and infectious disease, has announced that the first patient in the second cohort of the multicentre Phase 1 Modi-1 clinical trial (ModiFY) has been enrolled and dosed.
Modi-1 is the first vaccine based on Scancell’s Moditope platform, while the ModiFY study is a first-in-human clinical trial for patients with triple-negative breast cancer, ovarian cancer, head and neck cancer, and renal cancer.
