Cellular Goods appoints new CFO

Bruna Nikolla has over 15 years of financial, strategic and commercial experience

Cellular Goods PLC (LSE:CBX) said it appointed Bruna Nikolla as chief financial officer with effect from 22 August, replacing Simon Walters who will remain in his role until 1 September to ensure a smooth handover.

Nikolla will become a director and also serve as company secretary for the provider of premium consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids.

She has over 15 years of financial, strategic and commercial experience across multiple sectors including eCommerce, luxury retail, international technology, software and telecommunications.

Nikolla is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has significant leadership experience within the premium consumer goods sector, the UK-based wellness company said in a statement.

She was previously finance director of beauty and skincare brand Trinny London and eyewear brand Tom Davies Ltd.

Anna Chokina, chief executive of Cellular Goods, commented: "I would like to welcome Bruna, who brings a wealth of experience in the eCommerce and luxury goods sectors that will strengthen our commercial, financial and strategic capabilities.

“I look forward to working closely with Bruna to drive the company's growth and deliver long-term value for our shareholders.”
