Quantum Blockchain Technologies PLC (AIM:QBT) said its shares are suspended from trading following the death of non-executive director Reginald Eccles.
The AIM-listed investment company suspended trading as the death has left it with only one remaining director.
The board said it “extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to Mr Eccles’ family and would like to take this opportunity to express its thanks for his contribution to the development of the company.”
“Reg was always available for endless discussions at any time of day or night, always providing his clear and pragmatic view. I have lost a dear friend,” said chief executive and chairman Francesco Gardin.
The company will make an announcement in respect of the appointment of new directors as soon as practicable.
