2.30pm: Global Ports cruises higher
Goldman Sachs is to carry out a strategic review of the cruise port operator, which aims to explore ways to maximise value for all stakeholders, include possible asset sales along with strategic investments and partnerships.
The company noted that it has received a number of preliminary offers for assets, and, the offers are currently being evaluated.
12.30pm: Churchill China smashes it
The company, which supplies ceramic products to the retail and hospitality markets, said the business continued to "perform well" in the six months to the end of June.
Revenue growth from the hospitality business, which provides ceramic tableware to hotels and restaurants, beat the firm’s expectations on the back of strong progress in Europe.
11.30am: Westminster flying high after Bahrain deal
The group is to provide the GAA with aviation and other specialised training services.
“This initiative is a further enhancement to our recently opened Training Centre in the UK,” said Peter Fowler, the chief executive officer of Westminster.

BlockchainK2 has invested US$500,000 in blockchain investment and trading network Envexergy Inc.

BlockchainK2’s investment closes off an Envexergy seed round financing and adds to previous investments of US$3.1mln earlier this year from various venture capital funds including Science Inc., Morgan Creek Digital, Zelkova Ventures, Ulu Ventures, and Cross Culture Ventures.
9.30am: Regal Petroleum buoyed by production update
The average daily production of gas, condensate and liquefied petroleum gas from the Mekhediviska-Golotvshinska (MEX-GOL), Svyrydivske (SV) and Vasyschevskoye (VAS) gas and condensate fields in the second quarter of 2019 rose to 4,073 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boepd), up from 2,829 boepd a year earlier.
At the end of June, the company's cash resources were roughly US$67.9mln.
There were strong grades of tantalite across both areas, giving an average of 323 parts per million tantalum pentoxide and a high of 911 parts.
Results from Purple Haze exceeded expectations and the mining investment group believes there is significant potential for upgrades to the current estimate, which stands at 326,600 tonnes in the indicated and inferred categories.
