Strat Aero PLC (LON:AERO) flew higher on Monday morning after announcing two new contracts wins for its Geocurve subsidiary. Geocurve, a specialist surveying company, has been awarded an initial contract with hydraulic engineering group Hesselberg Hydro.

Braveheart Investment Group PLC (LON:BRH) said it has entered into detailed discussions with a large UK financial organisation in preparation to launch a new Mezzanine Fund targeting enhanced income returns to the fund's investors.

CentralNic Group PLC (LON:CNIC) has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire the entire share capital of KeyDrive for an initial consideration of US$35.8mln.

Bacanora Lithium PLC (LON:BCN) has agreed conditional strategic investments for a total of US$90mln from the sovereign wealth fund of the Sultanate of Oman and from its Japanese off-take partner, Hanwa Co., and has also launched a proposed placing to raise gross proceeds of US$100mln.

Erris Resources plc (LON:ERIS) has hit three metres of 10.22 zinc plus lead combined as well as 41.45 grammes per tonne silver in ongoing drilling at the Abbeytown project in Ireland. The intersection came at a depth of between 95 metres and 98 metres and within a wider seven metre interval grading 8.33% zinc and lead and 37.36 grams silver.

Alba Mineral Resources PLC (LON:ALBA) has agreed to acquire a further 41% stake in Gold Mines of Wales. Once the deal formally goes through, AIM-listed Alba will own 90% of the Clogau gold project which is located in the Dolgellau gold belt in Wales.

Xtract Resources PLC (LON:XTR) has reported a rise in second-quarter gold production from the Manica project in Mozambique. Sino Minerals, a contract miner working on the project, produced a total of 1,703 ounces of gold in April, May and June – up 42% from the previous quarter (1,200 oz).

Chagala Group Limited (LON:CGLO) saw its underlying earnings (EBITDA) and revenue decline in 2017 impacted by an economic slowdown in Kazakhstan. The London-listed investor in specialist services and facilities providers to the oil and gas industries in Kazakhstan saw its EBITDA fall to US$6.4mln for the year ended 2017, down from US$7.7mln a year earlier, as revenue declined to US$19.1mln, down from US20.3mln.

Itaconix Plc (LON:ITX) dropped on Monday as trading in shares of the designer and manufacturer of speciality polymers resumed on AIM following its £4.3mln fundraising. Trading in the stock was suspended at the end of June pending funding news, with the company last week unveiling a placing at 2p a pop – the shares were suspended at 6.75p – to raise at least £2.1mln, supplemented by £1.2mln raised through a share subscription at the same price. Itaconix shares fell to 2.45p. The company also announced on Friday that, as part of the fundraising, Woodford Investment Management, IP2IPO Limited and Janus Henderson Investors have subscribed for placing shares.

Summit Therapeutics PLC (LON:SUMM) (NASDAQ:SMMT), said it was notified on 13 July 2018 that its chief executive officer, Glyn Edwards purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the company at 38p per share. Following this purchase, the firm said, Edwards shareholding in the company has increased to 383,333 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.47% of the issued share capital.

Ariana Resources plc (LON:ARS) said it has been informed that its chairman, Michael de Villiers on 16 July 2018 purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1.43p per share and in addition that Mrs De Villiers, wife of Mr de Villiers, purchased on the same date 4,000,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1.4269p per share. Following these purchases, the group added, de Villiers' total shareholding in the company will be 52,500,000 ordinary shares representing 5% of the issued share capital.

Telit Communications Plc (LON:TCM) said it has been informed that its chairman Simon Duffy purchased 11,657 shares in the company at 171.30p each for a total of £19,933. It also noted that non-executive director Miriam Greenwood also bought 11,500 shares at 171.60p each for £19,665.

Berkeley Energia Ltd (LON:BKY) said it will complete its Spanish listing on Wednesday 18th July and its shares will be admitted to trading on the Madrid, Valencia, Bilbao and Barcelona stock exchanges.
