United Oil & Gas Plc (LON:UOG) has announced the extension of an option over the right to purchase an additional farmed interest in the Corallian Energy Limited interests in its southern UK oil and gas assets. Anglo Asian Mining Plc (LON:AAZ) the AIM-listed gold, copper and silver producer focused in Azerbaijan, announced that the Company repaid in full the loan from its president and chief executive officer, Reza Vaziri, The amount of the loan facility from Vaziri was US$4.0mln and the term of the loan was until 8 January 2019 with an interest rate on the loan of 7% per annum. The total amount outstanding under the loan facility of US$3.9mln was repaid in full on 29 March 2018.
Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC (LON:CMCL) (TXX:CAL) has maintained its quarterly dividend of 6.875 US cents on each of the company's common shares. It said it is expected that the current dividend of 27.50 US cents per annum, paid in equal quarterly instalments, will be maintained.
