Major share price risers and fallers at 4.00pm

RISERS

Rosslyn Data Tecnologies PLC (LON:RDT) up 17% to 11.15p. A report in the Times that Microsoft is mulling a bid for the big data group sparks buying interest.

Action Hotels PLC (LON:AHCG) up 9% to 56.1p. Net profit was up 47% in 2015 at US$2.8mln, ahead of management expectations. 2016 revenues are up 14% compared to the corresponding period.

Immedia Group PLC (LON:IME) up 10% to 26.4p. Streaming company inks a five-year deal with European Independent Purchasing Company Limited (EIPC), a non-profit group owned by SUBWAY franchisees, to supply seven SUBWAY branded in-store music and marketing channels.

FALLERS

Progility PLC (LON:PGY) down 16% to 0.65p. Finance director stepped down on Friday from the healthcare communications group.

UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC (LON:UKOG) down 5% to 2.09p. Latest update from Horse Hill operator sparks lukewarm response.

Royal Dutch Shell (LON:RDSB) down 1% at 1,800p. One of the weakest FTSE 100 members after the Doha talks fiasco at the weekend.

RISERS

Gulf Keystone PLC (LON:GKP) up 22% to 4.83p. Kurdistan oil group rallies after heavy falls last week when it revealed it needed to find US$71mln to stop production falling at Shaikan field.

International Greetings plc (LON:IGR) up 13% to 177p. Earnings per share rose in double digits again in the year to the end of March. It pledged to pay a final dividend ahead of market expectations at 1.75p, resulting in an overall full year dividend of 2.5p in 2015/16 against 1p in 2014/15.

MayAir Group PLC (LON:MAYA) up 7% to 69p. 2015 group revenues rise 45% to US$63.6mln from US$43.8mln last year, compared to Mirabaud’s forecasted revenues of US$61.9mln. Profit before tax stood at US$7.5mln compared to US$6.5mln reported in the previous year.

FALLERS

RusPetro PLC down 13% at 0.76p. Company announced last week that company is to de-list from main market on or around 6 June. Shareholders vote on 5 May.

The People’s Operator PLC (LON:TPOP) down 11% at 31p. Revenues rose by 386% to £2.1mln but losses rose by similar percentage to £10.5mln.

Trans-Siberian Gold PLC (LON:TSG) down 5% at 39.8p. Miner says refined gold and silver produced in the first three months of 2016 dropped slightly compared to a year ago.

RISERS

Stratex International PLC (LON:STI) up 27% to 2.1p. Altintepe gold mine joint venture in Turkey is on course to hit its production target of at least 30,000 ounces this year. Sales to 16 March totalled 12,280 oz of gold with US$14.3mln of revenues generated.

Hurricane Energy PLC (LON:HUR) up 22% to 12.5p. Oiler has unveiled a major funding deal which will see the North Sea firm raise £52.1mln to drill two wells later this year. Private equity group Kerogen Capital is investing £44.1mln of the £52.1mln, and, as a result, will be taking a 29.9% stake in Hurricane. Institutional investors Crystal Amber and Marlborough Fund Nominees will provide the other £8mln.

Eurasia Mining PLC (LON:EUA) up 7% to 0.69p. Platinum group has received all permits for mining at West Kytlim in Russia. A "mining allotment" certificate has also been issued permitting work at Eurasia's first area of development at Malaya Sosnovka, it said. Mining is slated to start this summer.

FALLERS

Sprue Aegis (LON:SPRP) down 46% to 145p. Problems with a battery have caused an increased in warranty provisions and allied to tough trading in France and Germany will mean much lower profits this year than expected.

Alba Mineral Resources PLC (LON:ALBA) down 10% to 0.33p. Horse Hill participants weaker after latest update and oil price dive after Doha talks prove fruitless.

Beowulf Mining plc (LON:BEM) down 5% to 3.99p. Plans for the company's Kallak magnetite iron ore project in northern Sweden upset by a judgement in February of the Supreme Administrative Court of Sweden (SAC) regarding Tasman Metal's Norra Kärr project.
