The Company designs and manufactures gift wrapping paper, greetings cards, Christmas crackers, stationery, photo frames, albums and other decorative accessories. Licenses characters held by the Company include Disney, Winnie the Pooh, The Simpsons and High School Musical. On October 3, 2007, the Company acquired 50% of Artwrap Pty Limited, a designer and distributor of gift wrap and greetings products based in Australia. On September 4, 2007, the Company acquired Glitterwrap Inc, a supplier of giftware and partyware products based in the United States. On July 27, 2007, it acquired 50% of Halloween Express Inc, a franchise retailer of Halloween products based in the United States. In May 2007, it acquired Pinwheel Ltd, and Przedsiebiorstwp Produckcyjno-Hanlowo-Uslugowe Artex. On April 4, 2007, it acquired Weltec Holding BV, a distributor of photographic frames.
