Futura Medical PLC (AIM:FUM, OTC:FAMDF, FRA:GYX), the consumer healthcare group behind erectile dysfunction gel Eroxon, said non-executive director Roy Davis will step down from the board on 20 October 2026.
Davis concluded the time was right to leave after reviewing his wider board commitments, with the company stressing his decision was unrelated to its business, performance or prospects.
Futura does not intend to appoint a replacement at this time, leaving a four-strong board chaired by Andrew Unitt.
