CelLBxHealth PLC (AIM:CLBX, FRA:DWV), the cancer diagnostics company, has told shareholders it remains on track to deliver revenues of at least £2.1 million for 2026 as it searches for a new chief executive.
The figure would represent a 50% increase on 2025.
Jan Groen, executive chairman, used a statement to the company's annual general meeting in Guildford to reassure investors that nothing fundamental had changed within the business.
The remarks follow an announcement last week and confirmation that the company is recruiting a new chief executive.
Groen said he would continue as executive chairman and that the senior leadership team had sufficient capacity to ensure no impact on trading during the search.
The company specialises in circulating tumour cell technology, which captures live cancer cells from blood samples.
Groen said the platform addressed a clinical need where ctDNA, a rival blood-testing method that detects fragments of tumour DNA, falls short.
He described the technology as of clear interest to the pharmaceutical industry and a substantial commercial opportunity.
The board said it had already begun the recruitment process and would update shareholders in due course.
