An EIG-managed investment vehicle has exited its remaining stake in Harbour Energy PLC (LSE:HBR) after placing around £112 million of shares with institutional investors.
Potomac View Investments, L.P. sold 54.8 million Harbour shares through an accelerated bookbuild, representing about 3.5% of the oil and gas company’s issued share capital.
The shares were placed at 205p apiece, according to an announcement released by Barclays Bank PLC, which acted as sole global co-ordinator and sole bookrunner on the transaction.
Following settlement, Potomac View will no longer hold any shares in Harbour.
