Small cap wrap: TNR Gold, Midnight Sun Mining, Pinnacle Silver and Gold, VivoPower…

TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, FRA:TNW, OTC:TRRXF) announced on Monday that it intends to launch a normal course issuer bid (NCIB) to repurchase up to 7.1 million of its common shares, representing approximately 3% of its issued and outstanding shares.

The buyback is expected to begin on or about July 2, 2026, and continue until July 2, 2027. Under the program, no more than 2% of the company's outstanding shares may be purchased during any 30-day period.

Pinnacle Silver & Gold Corp (TSX-V:PINN, OTCQB:PSGCF, FRA:P9J) announced that it has appointed Auramet Capital Partners as lead project financier to arrange or potentially provide up to $5 million in non-equity financing for the development of its El Potrero gold-silver project in Durango, Mexico.

The companies have entered into an agreement under which they will work toward a mutually acceptable financing package during a seven-month exclusivity period. Any financing remains subject to due diligence, operational and financial progress, and other customary conditions.

Midnight Sun Mining Corp (TSX-V:MMA, OTCQB:MDNGF) has reported additional drilling results from its wholly owned Dumbwa copper deposit in Zambia, saying the program has now confirmed continuous near-surface sulphide copper mineralization over 6.7 kilometres of strike.

The company released assay results from 77 drill holes, bringing the total completed to more than 260 holes and 56,855 metres of drilling.

VivoPower PLC (NASDAQ:VIVO, FRA:51J) announced that it has selected a preferred long-term tenant for its AI data center in Mo i Rana, northern Norway, marking a step toward securing an anchor customer for the project.

The company said on Monday that it is working with the unnamed counterparty to finalize legal documentation and expects to provide a further update in the near term once agreements have been executed.
