Royal Road Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:RYR, OTC:RRDMF, FRA:RLU) CEO Dr Tim Coughlin talked with Proactive about how the company's long-term exploration strategy in Colombia remains focused on community relationships while monitoring the implications of a new administration taking office in the country.

Coughlin said it is still too early to make definitive conclusions about the political transition, but stressed that there has been no change to the company's approach at its flagship GAM project, where drilling activities continue. Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF, FRA:3XS0) announced that it has appointed Bjorn Meyer as chief operating officer, bolstering its leadership team as the company advances production at the Johnson Camp Mine and development of the Gunnison Copper Project in Arizona.

Meyer succeeds Robert Winton, who spent more than five years with the company and helped guide the Johnson Camp Mine through construction, commissioning, and into production.

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd (TSX:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE, FRA:YO0, BVC:HIVECO) has announced the pricing of an upsized private offering of $115 million in zero-coupon exchangeable senior notes due 2031, increasing the size of the deal from the previously announced $100 million.

The notes will be issued by HIVE Bermuda 2026 Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of HIVE, and are expected to close on June 30, subject to customary conditions. Initial purchasers have also been granted an option to buy up to an additional $15 million of notes within 13 days of issuance.

Zephyr Energy PLC (AIM:ZPHR, OTCQB:ZPHRF, FRA:VD5N), the oil and gas company, has acquired an additional 27,000 acres in the Paradox Basin in Utah, roughly doubling the land surrounding its flagship project there.

The new acreage takes the company's total operated position in the basin to around 70,000 gross acres, with the majority held at a 100% working interest.

First Graphene Ltd (ASX:FGR, OTCQB:FGPHF, FRA:M11) earlier this week confirmed it had completed the acquisition of USA-based MITO® Material Solutions, with managing director and CEO Michael Bell telling Proactive the transaction had moved quickly and gave the company a stronger commercial platform in the United States.

Bell said First Graphene completed the deal within “sort of five or six days” of signing the agreement, describing the rapid turnaround as a reflection of the motivation shown by both teams. He said it was “a testament to both our team and the MITO® team being pretty motivated to get the deal across the line”.
