CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL) confirmed it has raised a further £603,830 from retail investors, through the previously announced WRAP Retail Offer, taking another step in a wider funding package aimed at supporting its lithium project development work in Chile.
The AIM-listed company said 10,063,749 new ordinary shares will be issued in the WRAP offer, priced at 6p each, adding to the £4.77 million placing proceeds closed last week.
Chief executive Ignacio Mehech said the support from retail and institutional investors came as the company progresses its flagship Laguna Verde project in Chile.
