Tamboran Resources Corporation (NYSE:TBN, ASX:TBN, OTC:TBNRL, FRA:O8R) has completed the acquisition of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd’s subsidiaries, following final court approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

The acquisition gives Tamboran about 2.8 million net prospective acres in the Beetaloo Basin depocenter, making it the largest acreage holder in the key Northern Territory gas region.

Solis Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:SLMN, ASX:SLM, OTCQB:SLMFF, FRA:08WA) has completed its $6 million raise, with funds to go towards upcoming drilling programs at its Brazil lithium assets and Cinto copper project.

Wall Street closed higher on Thursday, with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite climbing to fresh record highs as investors weighed a reported US-Iran ceasefire extension alongside another wave of upbeat corporate earnings.

(NASDAQ:MYRG) has agreed to acquire all outstanding capital stock of Valley Holdings Inc and its subsidiaries, including Valley Electric Company and Comet Electric, for approximately $328 million, expanding the specialty contractor's footprint in the Western US and Southern California.

The Thornton, Colorado-based electric utility infrastructure and commercial construction contractor will fund the purchase through a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under its revolving credit facility, with the consideration subject to net asset and other post-closing purchase price adjustments.
