Seasoned mining executive Brett Lynch will join Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX:RML, OTCQB:RLMLF, FRA:NC3)'s board as a non-executive director, as the company prepares for its next phase of US growth. Lynch will join ahead of the company’s planned NASDAQ listing.

The appointment sharpens Resolution’s focus on the US market, where it is advancing its flagship Horse Heaven antimony-tungsten-gold project in Idaho and positioning itself as a potential supplier of critical minerals into the American market. The company said Lynch had already been helping shape that strategy in his role as senior strategic adviser since July 2025.

The company is expanding its Waste Destruction Services (WDS) facility in Orlando, Florida, while advancing plans to build additional AirSCWO systems, a proprietary platform designed to destroy per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and other organic pollutants rather than simply capturing or concentrating them.

1911 Gold Corp (TSX-V:AUMB, OTCQB:AUMBF, FRA:2KY) announced that it has re-established access to Level 26 at its True North mine in Manitoba, marking a step forward in preparations for a planned production restart in 2027.

The company reported that its ongoing dewatering program has lowered water levels to roughly four metres below Level 26, enabling crews to begin rehabilitation work in the area. Dewatering to the bottom of the shaft, including the loading pocket, is expected to be completed by the end of May.

The assessment estimated 2C contingent resources of 27.6 million barrels of oil (MMbbl) at the North discovery, netting 24,186 thousand stock tank barrels (MSTB) to Trillion’s 29% working interest.

Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) said on Thursday that preclinical research on its experimental intranasal therapy showed potential to reduce brain inflammation and improve cognitive function linked to Long COVID, according to a study published on bioRxiv.

The study evaluated foralumab, a fully human anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody administered through the nose, in a mouse model designed to mimic neurological symptoms of Long COVID without direct viral infection of the brain.
