Uber Technologies Inc (NYSE:UBER, XETRA:UT8) has increased its investment in Lucid Group Inc (NASDAQ:LCID) and expanded its vehicle purchase commitment, signaling a stronger push into autonomous ride-hailing, according to Bank of America.
The ride-hailing company will invest an additional $200 million in Lucid, bringing its total investment to $500 million, while raising its commitment to purchase more than 35,000 vehicles from the electric vehicle maker.
Royal Gold, Inc. (TSX:RGL) has been awarded a ‘Buy’ rating and $325 price target in initial coverage from UBS analysts, who cited a combination of improving production growth visibility, a more diversified asset base, and potential for a valuation re-rating.
Shares of Royal Gold traded hands at $272 on Wednesday afternoon.
Autodesk Inc (NASDAQ:ADSK) shares climbed almost 4% to around $237 on Wednesday after analysts at Jefferies initiated coverage of the software company with a ‘Buy’ rating and a price target of $300.
In its initiation note, Jefferies described Autodesk as a “durable double-digit grower” supported by strong fundamentals, including high operating margins of around the high-30% range and a capital-light subscription-based model.
