OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO) a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on therapies for neuropathic corneal pain and inflammatory eye diseases, announced that it has transitioned its At-The-Market (ATM) equity offering facility to Leerink Partners.
Leerink Partners will replace B. Riley Securities as the exclusive sales agent for the program, which allows the company to sell common shares directly into the market at prevailing prices, subject to market conditions and company discretion.

Standard Uranium Ltd (TSX-V:STND, OTCQB:STTDF, FRA:9SU0) announced that drilling has commenced at its Corvo uranium project near Wollaston Lake in northeastern Saskatchewan.
The Corvo project, covering 12,364 hectares, is subject to a three-year earn-in option agreement with Aventis Energy. Under the agreement, Aventis has the option to earn a 75% interest in the project by funding C$6 million in exploration expenditures over three years. Aventis is funding the current drill program, which is being operated by Standard Uranium.
Virtuix Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:VTIX), a developer of full-body virtual reality systems, said on Wednesday it has expanded sales of its Omni One platform to Europe.

KEFI Gold and Copper PLC shares traded up on Wednesday after the miner told investors it has added a US$20 million “equity-ranking” gold royalty from Chancery Royalty to the funding stack for its Tulu Kapi Gold Project in Ethiopia, calling it a key final component of the project’s US$340 million financing package.
The AIM-listed group said the royalty has been structured to rank on an equity-risk basis and is payable alongside shareholder distributions at its local subsidiary, Tulu Kapi Gold Mines (TKGM). With that agreement signed, KEFI said the finance package is now effectively covered, prompting mobilisation of field teams and contractors and the organisation of a ground-breaking ceremony this month.

The program is designed to convert approximately 20–40 million tonnes of existing Inferred Mineral Resource material to Indicated classification within the current resource footprint, subject to drilling outcomes and Competent Person review.
