Flagship Minerals (ASX: FLG) has completed an ASTER remote-sensing review over its Pantanillo Gold Project in Chile’s Maricunga Gold Belt, identifying extensive alteration consistent with a large-scale high-sulphidation epithermal and porphyry-related system and generating multiple new surface and near-surface targets.
The company said the interpretation outlined large zones of alteration and inferred deeper targets beneath altered lithocaps described as barren to weakly anomalous, with the results to be integrated with existing geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets.

The latest rout in global software stocks wasn’t triggered by a profit warning or a messy earnings season. It was sparked by a far more uncomfortable idea: that artificial intelligence may be eroding the economic foundations that software investors have relied on for decades.
This week’s selloff followed the release of a new automation tool from Anthropic, which pushed advanced AI agents deeper into workflows traditionally dominated by enterprise software — from legal review and compliance to research and data analysis. Markets reacted swiftly, wiping hundreds of billions of dollars off the sector as investors reassessed what software businesses can realistically charge in an AI-first world.
Right Resources Limited (ASX: RRE) has reported encouraging results from maiden diamond drilling at its Pilot Project in New South Wales, confirming extensive gold-copper mineralisation and supporting the company’s view that the project represents the shallow expression of a large-scale porphyry system.
The first hole drilled at Pilot, RRPT0001 (699.4 m), successfully intersected multiple mineralised zones, including a gold-bearing porphyry stockwork and a newly identified copper-gold target west of the primary porphyry.
