Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX:LIN, OTC:LINIF) has sharpened its focus on execution at the Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi, using the December 2025 quarter to move from site establishment into active construction and operational build-out.

In its quarterly activities report released on Friday, the company said it awarded the design-and-construct (D&C) contract for the Stage 1 processing plant, began mobilising its owner-operator Komatsu mining fleet, and locked in key non-process infrastructure packages — while maintaining a strong safety record and lifting its project ownership to 100%.

C3 Metals Inc (TSX-V:CCCM, OTC:CUAUF) announced that it has increased the size of its previously announced bought deal private placement offering after receiving stronger-than-expected investor demand.

Under the amended terms, the company will issue 22,134,800 common shares at $1.10 per share, generating gross proceeds of $24,348,280.

Medicus Pharma (NASDAQ:MDCX) said on Thursday its subsidiary Antev Ltd has amended a licensing agreement with UK-based medical research organization LifeArc, reducing future royalties tied to the experimental drug Teverelix, a move the company said improves the asset’s long-term commercial profile.

Under the revised agreement, royalties payable on worldwide net sales of Teverelix have been cut to 2% from about 4%, with the royalty term clarified on a country-by-country basis, Medicus said.

Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) announced that it has begun selling ultra-high purity hydrogen in Ontario to support hydrogen fuel cell generators used by contractors serving the film and television production industry.

The company said the hydrogen is being supplied to enable on-set electricity generation for movie and television productions, replacing or supplementing traditional diesel-powered generators. The fuel cell systems are used to power production sets and related mobile infrastructure.
