Greatland Resources Ltd (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF, ASX:GGP) has reported preliminary production of 86,273 ounces of gold and 3,528 tonnes of copper for the December 2025 quarter, up from 80,890 oz gold and 3,366 t copper in the September quarter.

For the first half of FY2026, Greatland produced 167,163 oz of gold and 6,894 t of copper.

Digi Power X Inc (NASDAQ:DGXX, TSX-V:DGX) has reported a sharp strengthening of its financial position as it advances its transition into AI-focused energy and data centre infrastructure, underpinned by a growing balance sheet and the rollout of its modular Tier III platform.

The company said it held approximately US$100 million in cash, digital assets and deposits as of January 2026, up from about US$8 million a year earlier, marking a 1,150% increase in liquidity year over year.

Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT) announced that it has been awarded a contract valued at more than $5 million to deploy and operate multiple PowerBuoy systems in support of a US Coast Guard mission under the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

Arizona Gold & Silver Inc (TSX-V:AZS, OTCQB:AZASF) has announced new drill results from its Philadelphia project in Arizona, reporting assay results from core hole PC25-158 that intersected a broad zone of gold and silver mineralization.

The company said the hole returned a total mineralized interval of 60.37 metres grading 4.36 grams per ton (g/t) gold and 6.38 g/t silver, including a higher-grade interval of 4.33 metres at 19.37 g/t gold and 19.36 g/t silver.

The enacted provisions confirm Caledonia’s December 19 position, the company said. “The higher royalty rate of 10% will only apply if the gold price exceeds US$5,000 per ounce,” it added.

Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF) is to receive about $14.1 million in cash this month after a renegotiation of the terms of a long-running royalty agreement with a major automotive customer, giving the group an earlier-than-expected boost to its finances.

The London-listed technology company, which makes camera-based systems that monitor driver alertness, said the payment replaces royalties that would otherwise have been paid gradually over the next four years.

Tamboran Resources Corporation (ASX:TBN, NYSE:TBN, OTC:TBNRL) has moved a step closer to consolidating full ownership of Falcon Oil & Gas Australia Ltd (FOGA) after FOGA shareholders approved the sale of Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd (AIM:FOG, TSX-V:FO)’s 98.1% stake in the Australian subsidiary.

If completed, the acquisition of Falcon’s 98.1% interest would give Tamboran the ability to compulsorily acquire the remaining 1.9% of FOGA held by minority shareholders, effectively allowing Tamboran to take full control of the entity.
