Greatland reports higher gold and copper output in December quarter, cash rises to $948m

Greatland Resources Ltd (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF, ASX:GGP) has reported preliminary production of 86,273 ounces of gold and 3,528 tonnes of copper for the December 2025 quarter, up from 80,890 oz gold and 3,366 t copper in the September quarter.

For the first half of FY2026, Greatland produced 167,163 oz of gold and 6,894 t of copper.

The company said all-in sustaining cost (AISC) is still being finalised and will be included in its December 2025 Quarterly Activities Report.

Sales for the quarter totalled 72,212 oz of gold and 3,301 t of copper.

Greatland ended the quarter with $948 million in cash at December 31, 2025, up from $750 million at September 30, 2025, and said it has nil debt. This represents a $198 million cash build for the quarter after capital expenditure and a once-off $46 million stamp duty payment related to the Telfer-Havieron acquisition. Excluding the stamp duty payment, Greatland said the cash build would have been $244 million.

On pricing, the company said it retains full upside exposure to the gold price, with some downside protection through gold put options.

Greatland is due to release its full December 2025 Quarterly Activities Report on Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The company will also host a webcast at 7:30 am AWST / 10:30am AEDT on the same day, followed by a Q&A session.
