Abacus Global Management (NASDAQ:ABL) announced plans to transfer the listing of its Class A common stock to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) from the Nasdaq Stock Market.

The company said it expects to begin trading as a NYSE-listed company on or about December 30, 2025, under the new ticker symbol “ABX.”

OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO) announced that its executive chairman and founder, Gabriele Cerrone, along with members of the company’s management team, will ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square, New York.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place between 9:15 a.m. and 9:45 am Eastern Time.

Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF) announced that it has entered into a collaboration framework agreement with Lunasonde to test the use of advanced airborne remote sensing technology across part of its mineral property portfolio in southern Arizona.

The agreement will see Lunasonde deploy its proprietary Airborne Georadiotomography (aGRT) technology to conduct an initial high-resolution subsurface survey over a defined portion of Gunnison’s landholdings in the Cochise Mining District.

Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC (AIM:CMCL, NYSE-A:CMCL, VFEX:CMCL) share moved higher, climbing around 7%, after it told investors that Zimbabwe has amended proposed changes to mining royalties and taxes outlined in the country’s 2026 National Budget, easing potential impacts on gold producers.

The government revised plans to raise the gold royalty rate from 5% to 10%, with the increase now applying only if gold prices exceed 5,000 dollars per ounce. Proposals affecting capital expenditure deductions and offshore loan interest withholding tax were withdrawn.

Mirriad Advertising PLC (AIM:MIRI, OTCQX:MMDDF) shares fell 29.5% to 0.006p after the virtual product placement company said it expects to report full-year revenue of approximately £200,000 generated in the second half of the year.

This means the whole of 2025 saw around £0.4 million of turnover, down 73% compared to the £1.5 million reported for 2024, although recognising some additional income is expected before the year-end.

Lindian Resources Ltd (ASX:LIN, OTC:LINIF) earlier this week announced a significant uplift in the economics of its Kangankunde Rare Earths Project in Malawi, following an optimisation of the processing flow sheet.

The company said the project’s pre-tax net present value (NPV) increased by A$536 million, rising from A$1.8 billion to A$2.3 billion. The internal rate of return also improved to 142%, up from the 99% reported in the July 2024 feasibility study.
