The agreement brings one of the world’s most influential development finance institutions into Kasiya’s next phase of technical and ESG work — and establishes a direct pathway to international project financing for what is already recognised as the world’s largest rutile and second-largest graphite deposit.

The Brisbane-based company said the technology, known as the Graphene Aluminium-Ion Battery (G+AI), is being developed with the University of Queensland under a joint development agreement with Rio Tinto, with testing support from the Battery Innovation Center of Indiana in the US.
Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE:NSG) said on Monday it has closed the first tranche of a previously announced non-brokered private placement, raising a total of C$855,700 to advance its Cam Copper Mine in Ontario.
The tranche included 7.35 million flow-through units for C$440,700, 3.3 million non-flow-through units for C$165,000, and C$250,000 through 10 “Royalty Units,” which grant investors a share of future free cash flow from the Cam Copper project, Northstar said.

Optimisation of the stimulation design during the campaign allowed TBN to widen stage spacing from 164 feet (~50 metres) to 196 feet (~60 metres). While that reduced the total number of stages, Tamboran expects the change to translate into lower costs for future stimulation programs without compromising well performance.
