Abacus Global Management (NASDAQ:ABL), a firm specializing in alternative asset management, said on Tuesday that it will pay its inaugural annual cash dividend of $0.20 per share on December 17.

The move marks the first time Abacus has distributed an annual dividend, which the company said aligns with its capital allocation framework of returning up to 25% of adjusted net income or up to 55% of recurring revenue to shareholders.

AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE:AMC) shares climbed almost 5% after the cinema chain reported a blockbuster opening weekend for the musical film Wicked: For Good, generating approximately $226 million globally, including $150 million in the US and Canada.

The film marked AMC’s biggest opening weekend for a PG- or G-rated movie since early 2023 and drove significant growth across admissions, food and beverage, merchandise sales, and special event attendance, the company said.

Tiziana Life Sciences Ltd (NASDAQ:TLSA) announced that its Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating intranasal foralumab in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) has been accepted into the ALS MyMatch Program at the Sean M Healey & AMG Center for ALS at Mass General Brigham.

The study, supported by a grant from the ALS Association, will be led by Principal Investigators Suma Babu and James Berry at Mass General Brigham. It will enroll participants at multiple rapid-enrolling US sites within the Network of Excellence for ALS (NEALS) Consortium.

Pinnacle Silver & Gold Corp (TSX-V:PINN, OTCQB:PSGCF) said on Tuesday it will raise up to C$2.52 million through a non-brokered private placement to fund exploration and development at its El Potrero gold-silver project in Durango, Mexico.

The offering will consist of up to 18 million units priced at C$0.14 each, with every unit comprising one common share and one-half warrant. Each whole warrant will allow the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.20 for 24 months.

CelLBxHealth PLC (AIM:CLBX, OTCQB:ANPCF), the cancer diagnostics group formerly known as Angle, has outlined plans to raise £6.8 million as it tries to stabilise its finances and accelerate a shift from research towards commercial sales.

The company, which specialises in technology that isolates circulating tumour cells, cancer cells that break away from tumours and enter the bloodstream, said it aimed to bring in the money through a share placing, a subscription and a separate offer for private shareholders. The fundraising price has been set at 1p a share.

AuMEGA Metals Ltd (ASX:AAM, TSX:AUM, OTCQB:AUMMF) has mobilised a second diamond drill rig to expand its drilling program over the major electromagnetic (EM) anomaly at the Cape Ray Gold Project in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

The ongoing diamond drilling is targeting a large, newly defined airborne EM conductor situated in the immediate hangingwall of the Central Zone, a proven high-grade gold system. The conductor, which measures about 500 metres by 1,000 metres and remains open along strike, lies roughly 500 metres southeast of the company’s high-grade Central Zone deposits and has not previously been drill tested.

Omega Oil and Gas Ltd has agreed to invest up to $14.6 million in Elixir Energy Ltd (ASX:EXR, OTC:ELXPF) via a two-tranche placement at $0.041 per share, giving Omega a 19.43% stake in the company on completion. The second tranche of the placement will be subject to Elixir shareholder approval. As a fellow operator in Queensland’s Taroom Trough — where well-known resource investors Ilwella and Tri-Star are substantial shareholders — Omega’s investment is seen by Elixir as a strong validation of the importance, quality and scale of its Taroom Trough acreage position.

In addition to Omega’s commitment, Nero Resource Fund has agreed to invest a further $2 million, also at $0.041 per share, in the conditional tranche-2 placement. This will take total proceeds from the capital raising to approximately $16.6 million. On completion of the raising, Elixir expects to hold an estimated pro-forma cash balance of around $25 million, plus its R&D Advance Finding.

Amid a week of bad news, DroneShield Ltd (ASX:DRO, OTC:DRSHF) has finally delivered news to ease shareholder tension, securing a $5.2 million follow-on contract with a European military customer, sending its shares up 13% to $1.975 in early trade.

The deal, placed via an in-country European reseller, covers handheld counterdrone systems and associated accessories. DroneShield says it already has all required hardware on the shelf and expects to receive cash payment in the fourth quarter of 2025. No additional material conditions are attached to the contract.
