Vaultz Capital PLC (AQSE:V3TC, OTCQB:VZTCF), in its statement ahead of today's AGM, said it remains committed to building sustainable operational capability and ensuring shareholders can benefit from the value that's being created over the medium and long term.
The company, which has built a treasury that as of 25 November holds 135 Bitcoin, reiterated its conviction in Bitcoin's role as sound monetary infrastructure and a long-term reserve asset.
"Since August, we've established enterprise-grade multi-custodian security, expanded trading to Frankfurt and the US OTCQB - a key step in unlocking future growth," said chief executive Eric Benz.
"Bitcoin markets show near-term volatility, but our focus remains on long-term structural drivers: fixed supply, growing institutional adoption and Bitcoin as sound monetary infrastructure."
