NextSource Materials Inc. (TSX:NEXT, OTCQB:NSRCF) president and CEO Hanré Rossouw talked with Proactive about the company’s definitive feasibility study for its active anode material project in Abu Dhabi.

Gunnison Copper Corp (TSX:GCU, OTCQB:GCUMF) announced that it intends to raise gross proceeds of up to C$15 million in a non-brokered, private placement financing by selling up to about 33.33 million company units at a price of C$0.45 per unit.

The multi-asset, pure-play copper developer and producer said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for drilling, metallurgical testing and permitting activities that will be incorporated in a pre-feasibility study for the Gunnison Copper Project, funding US head office general and administrative expenses, partial repayment of outstanding debt due to Nebari, and for general working capital purposes.

Prescient Therapeutics Ltd (ASX:PTX, OTC:PSTTF) reported a cash balance of A$12.32 million at September 30, following a Share Purchase Plan and placement that together raised A$9.8 million before costs at A$0.04 per share, supporting the phase 2 programme for first-in-class cancer therapy PTX-100.

Net operating cash outflow was A$4.1 million for the quarter, including A$2.8 million on research and development and clinical activities. The company noted timing effects, with A$2.7 million of June 30 payables settled in the period, skewing the reported 3.1-quarter runway; operating expenditure incurred and settled in the quarter was A$1.4 million. Payments to related parties were A$85,000 for non-executive director fees.

Kairos Minerals Ltd (ASX:KAI, OTCQB:KAIFF) has signed a Mineral Rights Agreement (MRA) with PLS, securing all mineral rights other than lithium and tantalum across three PLS exploration licences and one application totalling 367 square kilometres, and clearing early access to a ‘Priority Area’ to start drilling.

The MRA follows Kairos’ August 2024 sale of non-core assets to PLS and reflects non-binding key terms agreed under the Tenement Sale Agreement (TSA) signed on July 30, 2024. Under the MRA, Kairos will pay a 2% gross-revenue royalty on any minerals recovered and sold from the relevant licences.
