Medicus Pharma (NASDAQ:MDCX) reported that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Antev Limited, a UK-based clinical-stage drug development company.

Medicus said it has acquired 98.6% of the issued and outstanding shares of Antev for total consideration of about US$2.97 million in cash plus 1,603,164 common shares of Medicus.

G Mining Ventures Corp (TSX:GMIN, OTCQX:GMINF) reported that it has received the Environmental Permit from Guyana's Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Oko West Gold Project.

The mining company, which owns projects in Brazil and Guyana, said the five-year permit, valid through July 2030, authorizes the construction and operation of Oko West, which is expected to create an average of 1,270 direct permanent jobs during its lifetime.

Shares in Tertiary Minerals PLC (AIM:TYM, OTC:TTIRF) jumped 40% on Tuesday after the company revealed encouraging new drill results from its Mushima North project in Zambia, confirming the extension of a promising silver discovery.

The latest drilling at Target A1 has pushed the known mineralised zone 225 metres further north, with some of the highest silver and copper grades seen at the site to date.

Pulsar Helium Inc (AIM:PLSR, TSX-V:PLSR, OTCQB:PSRHF) announced the signing of an agreement to acquire Quantum Hydrogen Inc, which holds rights to 59,100 acres in Minnesota west of the firm's Topaz helium project.

The agreement, currently a non-binding term sheet, would increase Pulsar’s land position in Minnesota by about 1,000%, and, Pulsar noted that the acreage is considered prospective for helium and hydrogen, and has geological similarities to Topa

Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) has struck a deal to sell its royalty interest in the Dugbe gold project in Liberia for up to $20 million, as it continues to streamline its portfolio and focus on higher-priority assets.

The sale involves a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ecora that holds a 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty over the development project.

Tertiary Minerals PLC (AIM:TYM, OTC:TTIRF) has extended a promising silver discovery at its Mushima North project in Zambia, after drilling confirmed that thick seams of mineralisation continue at least 225 metres further north than previously thought.

The company, which is listed on London’s junior AIM market, said the latest drill results from its Target A1 prospect included the highest grades of silver and copper recorded so far at the site.

Race Oncology Ltd (ASX:RAC, OTC:RAONF) has activated its first Hong Kong clinical site at Queen Mary Hospital, enabling patient enrolment for the Phase 1 trial of RC220 in combination with doxorubicin in advanced solid tumours. Screening has commenced, with the first Hong Kong patient expected to begin treatment this month.

The Phase 1 study is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of RC220, as well as determine the maximum tolerated combined dose with doxorubicin. Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong has also secured ethics and regulatory approvals, with site activation scheduled in the coming weeks. This will establish a second Hong Kong recruitment site.
