Sintana Energy Inc (TSX-V:SEI, OTCQB:SEUSF) has announced a 12-month extension to Petroleum Exploration License 79 (PEL 79) in Namibia’s Orange Basin, extending the license period to July 2026.

The extension, granted by Namibia’s Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy, applies to exploration blocks 2815 and 2915.

NanoViricides (NYSE-A:NNVC) is preparing to launch a Phase 2 clinical trial of its lead antiviral candidate NV-387 for the treatment of Mpox Clade I in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), following ethics approval from the country’s health ministry in May, according to a research note by Zacks Small Cap Research.

The trial will test the efficacy and safety of NV-387, a broad-spectrum antiviral developed using NanoViricides’ proprietary nanomedicine platform, in up to 80 hospitalized patients.

Nano One Materials Corp (TSX:NANO, OTC:NNOMF) has been selected to join the Arkansas Lithium Technology Accelerator (ALTA), a new US initiative aimed at strengthening the domestic battery supply chain and reducing dependence on foreign inputs.

Nano One is one of three companies chosen for ALTA’s inaugural cohort. The accelerator is supported by Standard Lithium, the Walton Family Foundation, and several Arkansas-based academic and government partners.

Uranium American Resources Inc. (OTC:TNGL) said it has secured a $3.5 million equity investment from a US institutional investor to complete its acquisition of JAG Minerals Pty Ltd.

The financing, structured as a unit transaction, was priced at $0.06 per share—representing a significant premium to UAR’s current share price—and includes one warrant per share allowing the investor to purchase additional shares at $0.10 for up to 48 months.

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:HPY, OTC:HPYCF) has announced a non-brokered private placement raising up to C$3.25 million, including a lead investment from funds managed by Waratah Capital Advisors.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for drilling, exploration, and development of the company’s Fox tungsten project, as well as other exploration projects in the Cariboo district of British Columbia. A portion of the funds will also be allocated to general working capital.

Bit Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BTBT) announced it has entered into a placement agency agreement with B Riley Securities for a registered direct offering of 22 million shares, expected to raise approximately $67.3 million in gross proceeds.

The offering, priced at $3.06 per share, is being made to certain institutional investors and is expected to close around July 15, subject to customary closing conditions.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has brought two new horizontal wells into production in Colombia’s Llanos Basin, boosting its current output to between 4,600 and 4,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day, net to the company.

The wells, named AB HZ4 and AB HZ5, came online in June and July, respectively, at the Alberta Llanos field.

Challenger Energy Group PLC (AIM:CEG, OTCQB:BSHPF) says its Uruguay offshore licences are on schedule, with environmental approvals expected to pave the way for three-dimensional seismic surveys over Area OFF-1 in the fourth quarter of 2025 and a farm-out process for Area OFF-3 due to open in September next year.

Seismic surveying, a technique that sends sound waves into the earth to map subsurface rock formations, is a critical step before any drilling decision.

Prescient Therapeutics Ltd (ASX:PTX, OTC:PSTTF) has extended the closing date of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to 5.00 pm (AEST) on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to give eligible shareholders additional time to participate in the offer. The SPP aims to raise up to A$7 million to progress lead candidate PTX-100 through Phase 2 clinical development towards potential regulatory approval.

The SPP offers new fully paid ordinary shares at A$0.040 each — a 16.7% discount to the 15-day volume weighted average price prior to the SPP announcement. Eligible shareholders as at 7.00 pm (AEST) on Monday, June 30, 2025 may apply for up to A$30,000 worth of shares.
