GoviEx Uranium Inc has announced that the agreement with African Energy Metals Inc (AEM) for the acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of GoviEx's wholly-owned Malian subsidiary, Delta Exploration Mali SARL, which holds the Falea project in Mali, has been terminated due to the fact that AEM was unable to complete its obligations for closing. HighGold Mining Inc said that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted a final order approving the company’s previously announced plan to spin-out its wholly owned subsidiary, Onyx Gold Corp. Troilus Gold Corp said that in response to worsening forest fire conditions in the Eeyou-Istchee James Bay region, the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources & Forests has insitututed prohibitions regarding forest access and closed certain roads, including the only road access to the Troilus site. As a result, operations at the site have been suspended and staff have been withdrawn as a safety precaution. All personnel are safe, and the Troilus site is secure, CEO Justin Reid said in a statement.

The Austin, Texas-based epigenetics company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for research and continued product development, clinical studies, product commercialization, working capital and other general corporate purposes, including potential strategic acquisitions.
