Global software solutions provider archTIS Ltd has inked a deal with Babcock Australia Pty Ltd to license its government-accredited software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform Kojensi.
The agreement, valued at A$241,200, includes an initial 100 users but allows for additional licence purchases until the contract's expiry in May 2026.
Under the contract, Babcock will pay an annual recurring licensing revenue (ARR) of A$78,000 for the platform which is designed to allow government agencies, industry and their supply chain to share and collaborate on sensitive and classified information.
Stringent selection process
Babcock, a prominent defence, aviation and critical services company operating in the marine, aviation and land sectors, employs more than 1,600 people in Australia and New Zealand.
It is part of Babcock International Group, a leading global aerospace and defence company.

“We went through a rigorous process to evaluate a platform that not only met our user requirements but our stringent security requirements as a Defence Prime.
