Plurilock Security Inc said it has received a purchase order for the company's flagship software platform from a Californian Municipality. This cross-sale order was secured through the existing client network of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Aurora Systems Consulting Inc. According to the terms of the order, the customer will license the continuous identity confirmation functionality of the Plurilock platform. "We are pleased to announce a new cross-sale order for our high-margin software offering," said Ian L. Paterson, CEO of Plurilock. “Aurora has established an extensive client network, which enables us to leverage their existing distribution channels to potentially secure additional highmargin contracts in the United States. Moving forward, our key focus is to continue growing our sales pipeline for our flagship cybersecurity platform.”

The Howard Group will receive $10,000 and ultimately move to $12,000 per month, as well as options to acquire 500,000 shares at an exercise price of $0.11, as well as 4,550,000 incentive stock options.

Doubleview Gold Corp announced it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company to acquire an aggregate of 3 million common shares of the company at an exercise price of $0.415 in accordance with its 10% rolling incentive stock option plan. The options are exercisable for a five-year term expiring April 13, 2028, and will become fully vested immediately, Doubleview said.
