Rakovina Therapeutics Inc has announced the engagement of Red Cloud Securities and Proactive Investors North America Inc as part of the company’s evolving strategy to improve trading liquidity and increase general market awareness of Rakovina and its next-generation cancer therapy development pipeline. World Copper Ltd announced that it has upsized its previously announced non-brokered private placement to 8,888,889 units at a price of $0.18 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1.6 million. All terms remain the same, with each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share for a period of two years from the date of issuance at a price of $0.30 per share. The net proceeds from the offering are intended for general working capital and development costs, World Copper said.
