The group noted that the study is sponsored by the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo, Italy and supported by EUSA Pharma (EUSA)
The firm, which provides support services to the drug industry, said its “focus on profitability” meant adjusted EBITDA would be ahead of current market forecasts
The acquisition will add over 40 new clients to Ergomed's roster as well as contracted revenues worth around US$9.8mln
The company also said it was on track to hit full-year forecasts
