Caerus Mineral Resources PLC (LSE:CMRS) announced that shareholder EV Metals Group PLC (EVM) has entered into a subscription agreement with the company under which it may subscribe for unsecured convertible loan notes for up to £625,000.
The exploration and resource development company, which is focused on developing mineral resources to support the global 'Clean Energy' initiative, said that should it require EVM to subscribe for the total subscription amount, EVM's resulting holding in Caerus would be 29.9%.

Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF), the AIM-listed behavioural technology company, has been selected by computer security software company McAfee to launch its e-distribution business in Europe, partnering initially with broadband provider Onestream.
With Bango e-distribution technology, Onestream will be able to purchase the McAfee licenses directly from Bango in real-time and “deliver them as compelling customer offers”.
