Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF), the AIM-listed behavioural technology company, has been selected by computer security software company McAfee to launch its e-distribution business in Europe, partnering initially with broadband provider Onestream.
With Bango e-distribution technology, Onestream will be able to purchase the McAfee licenses directly from Bango in real-time and “deliver them as compelling customer offers”.
Since Bango enables merchants to standardise e-distribution and remove the complexity of promoting products through online distribution channels, Onestream can quickly and easily launch with a range of merchants that are pre-integrated into the Bango Platform.
In a statement, Anil Malhotra, chief marketing officer at Bango commented: “I'm delighted that Bango is enabling McAfee and Onestream to bring online safety to more customers.”
“This is just the beginning,” added Aaron Brown, chief executive of Onestream. “McAfee delivers a must-have complementary solution to pair with our broadband services, and we're looking forward to expanding this further with a compelling range of third-party offers and bundles through the Bango Platform."
Vonny Gamot, head of EMEA at McAfee, commented: “Our partnership with Bango delivers greater expansion of our security products to customers across the world, quickly, easily and cost effectively."
