Ocean Power Technologies Inc (NYSE-A:OPTT), which offers renewable energy-as-a-service for offshore applications and maritime products for commercial and military markets, is “uniquely positioned to leverage several megatrends” in the industry, noted analysts at Water Tower Research.

In a note to clients, Water Tower Research said the offshore power market is expected to see "significant growth" in the coming years, with OPT focused strategically on data and Power-as-a-Service (PaaS).

G Mining Ventures Corp (TSX-V:GMIN, OTCQX:GMINF) has appointed mining law practitioner Carlos Vilhena to its board of directors, effective November 24, the company announced.

Vilhena was the second member nominated by La Mancha Investments as part of an investor rights agreement with G Mining. He is a lawyer and a partner at the law firm of Pinheiro Neto Advogados, based in Brasilia, Brazil, where he is the administrative managing partner of the local office, the company said.

ACME Lithium Inc. (CSE:ACME, OTCQB:ACLHF) said it has begun preparations, including expanding facilities for core logging, ahead of its expected Phase 2 drill program in December this year at its Clayton Valley lithium brine project in Nevada, USA.

It follows the drilling of the DH-1 hole at the property in August this year, which revealed a "significant new lithium discovery".

C3 Metals Inc (TSX-V:CCCM, OTC:CARCF) announced that it has intersected multiple zones of high-level porphyry and epithermal style copper-gold-silver mineralization at its 100% owned Bellas Gate project in Jamaica, which included 108.0 metres (m) of 0.42% copper and 0.26 grams per tonne (g/t) gold near surface.

The junior minerals exploration company said two holes were drilled to test a large coincident magnetic and induced polarization (IP) chargeability anomaly at the Camel Hill target that is contiguous with the Connors Porphyry target, where C3 Metals recently intersected 309.0m of 0.44% copper and 0.33 g/t gold.

Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB), formerly Harvest One Cannabis, has posted results for the first quarter of fiscal 2023 that saw sustained improvements in its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBIDTA).

For the period ending September 30, 2022, the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company, reported an adjusted EBITDA loss of $0.15 million, compared to a loss of $0.78 million in the same period in 2021, representing a $0.63 million, or 80% year-over-year improvement from continued operations.

Condor Gold PLC (AIM:CNR, TSX:COG, OTC:CNDGF) has announced plans to raise up to £4.2mln from an issue of loan notes to a company owned by its chairman, Jim Mellon, and by an open offer to qualifying shareholders.

The net proceeds of the fundraise after expenses will principally be used by the company to finance working capital requirements at its operations in Nicaragua, including keeping the concessions and permits in good standing, to pay the balance of US$300,000 for the SAG Mill, to re-register land title and for head office expenses.

Versus Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:VS, CSE:VS) announced that it received notice from the Nasdaq on November 23 that it had regained compliance with the exchange’s $1 minimum bid price requirement. The company conducted a 1-for-15 reverse split of its common shares on November 8 to aid the compliance process, which required Versus shares to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days.
