Analysts at HC Wainwright & Co reiterated their “Buy” rating and $2.50 price target for NexTech AR Solutions Corp, citing the metaverse company’s third-quarter results that saw increasing demand for 3D models.
For the third quarter that ended September 30, the Toronto-based provider of augmented reality (AR) wayfinding technologies and 3D model services, reported around C$3 million in revenue, which was largely in line with HC Wainwright’s C$3.2 million estimate.

According to the company, fans around the world can take videos and pictures with some of their favorite Ravens using the official team app. AR versions of superstar football quarterback Lamar Jackson, linebacker Tyus Bowser, defender Kyle Hamilton, and mascot Poe were available during the launch, with new players being added to the app before each week's game.

Aurelius Minerals Inc (TSX-V:AUL, OTCQB:AURQF) said the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to its non-arm's-length disposition of a 0.6% net smelter return royalty on the company's Aureus East property. In consideration, the non-arm's-length party has agreed to terminate a master transaction agreement with the company, pursuant to which the Aurelius owes up to approximately $7.2 million in deferred payments.
Cypress Development Corp (TSX-V:CYP, OTCQX:CYDVF) has granted an aggregate 845,000 incentive stock options to directors of the company under its annual director compensation plan. The options vest immediately, are exercisable at $1.06 each, and are valid for a five-year period. The options have been granted under and are governed by the terms of the company's long-term incentive plan and are subject to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Lumina Gold Corp (TSX-V:LUM, OTCQX:LMGDF) said it has granted incentive stock options under the company's stock option plan for the purchase of up to an aggregate of 9,255,000 common shares. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.405 each and will expire on November 18, 2027. Additionally, the company said it has renewed its agreement with First Globe Capital International Inc for an additional 12 months. Vancouver-based First Globe provides institutional fundraising and advisory services to its clients. Lumina said it has compensated First Globe for its services by granting the options described above. In addition, the company has also agreed to reimburse First Globe for its reasonable incidental expenses incurred in providing the investor relation services.
Amaroq Minerals Ltd (TSX-V:AMRQ, AIM:AMRQ) said it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 9,437,395 company common shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with admission expected to become effective on or around November 24, 2022. The new common shares are being reserved and will be issued as required in order to cover the future issue of common shares arising from Amaroq's Stock Option Plan dated May 1, 2017 as amended on June 16, 2022, relating to historic awards before November 18, 2022. At present, Amaroq's total issued share capital consists of 263,073,022 common shares of no par value.
