Copper Fox Metals Inc (TSX-V:CUU, OTCQX:CPFXF) said it has completed the metallurgical drilling program at its Schaft Creek copper-gold-molybdenum-silver project in northwestern British Columbia (BC).
Eleven drill holes for a total of 4,688 meters (m) were sunk, with samples collected from across the three Schaft Creek mineralization zones comprising six in Liard, three in Paramount and two in West Breccia, the company told investors in an update.

Africa Oil Corp has said it repurchased a total of 3,429,480 of the company's common shares during the period of October 10, 2022, to October 14, 2022, under its normal course issuer bid (share buyback) program, announced on September 22, 2022. During the period, the company repurchased 667,480 Africa Oil common shares on the TSX and/or alternative Canadian trading systems. The repurchases were carried out by Scotia Capital Inc on behalf of the company. During the same period, the company repurchased 2,762,000 Africa Oil common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, and these repurchases were carried out by Pareto Securities on behalf of the company. All common shares repurchased by Africa Oil under the share buyback program will be cancelled. During the period dated October 10, 2022, to October 14, 2022, the company cancelled 3,716,000 common shares repurchased under the share buyback program. Since September 27, 2022, up to and including October 14, 2022, a total of 8,070,310 Africa Oil common shares have been repurchased under the share repurchase program through the facilities of the TSX, Nasdaq Stockholm and/or alternative Canadian trading systems. A maximum of 40,482,356 Africa Oil common shares may be repurchased under the share buyback program over the period of twelve months commencing September 27, 2022 and ending September 26, 2023, or until such earlier date as the share repurchase program is completed or terminated by the company.

HealthLynked Corp provided an update regarding the impact of Hurricane Ian. The company’s corporate offices were closed for nearly seven days, constituting the final days of the fiscal quarter. The decision to close offices was made to ensure the safety of employees and their families, said CEO Michael Dent. “The hurricane resulted in a delay of shipments from our online medical supply services and closure of four of our medical office facilities, which impacted revenue for the final week of the third fiscal quarter. An initial assessment is that third quarter revenues could be negatively impacted by $100,000 to $200,000 due to these closures. Our offices did not sustain any significant damage from the hurricane, and all are now fully operational." Dent added that the firm does not believe there will be any additional material adverse financial impact to the company's revenues or costs as a result of Hurricane Ian.
PlantX Life Inc announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the online domain www.veganessentials.com, and certain associated intellectual property and assets from Veji Holdings Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Veg Essentials LLC, for an aggregate purchase price of C$893,000. The purchase price was satisfied by cash in the amount of C$143,000 and the issuance of 1,071,428 common shares at a deemed issue price of C$0.70 per share. In connection with the acquisition, the company paid a finder's fee of 102,857 common shares at a deemed issue price of $0.70 to an arm's length finder for its assistance in introducing the Veji to the company.

Amaroq Minerals Ltd has filed an updated NI 43-101 report that boosted the resource base at its flagship Nalunaq gold project in Greenland. The new resource was prepared by SRK Consulting and incorporates the drilling results from the 2020 and 2021 field seasons. The total inferred resource now rings in at 355,000 tonnes grading 28 grams per tonne gold for 320,000 ounces of gold, which constitutes a 30% increase in contained gold compared to the previous estimate reported in June 2020 and a 50% increase in average grade.
