Galantas Gold Corp (AIM:GAL, TSX-V:GAL, OTC:GALKF) said it has amended an agreement to increase the size of its previously proposed private placement for gross proceeds of up to roughly C$6mln, with the proceeds to be used for exploration and development at the Joshua target as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the company. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share at a price of C$0.55 per warrant share for a period of 30 months.
