Induction Healthcare Group PLC (AIM:INHC) has appointed Christopher Samler as its new non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Samler succeeds Chris Spencer, who is leaving following the completion of his three-year term, to pursue non-commercial projects and spend more time with his family, the digital health platform said in a statement.

Samler has held a number of leadership roles such as chief executive and chair of FTSE companies and private businesses in the education, healthcare, services and technology sectors.
He also has significant experience supporting growth for businesses across the US and Europe, as well as emerging economies in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.
“Christopher has a wealth of directly relevant expertise that will be invaluable as we drive the business through this next phase of growth,” commented Induction CEO James Balmain.
