S4 Capital PLC (LSE:SFOR) had its target price set at 830p by the broker Peel Hunt after Estee Lauder named Media.Monks’ Decoded Advertising division as its Media Agency in North America.
Media.Monks is owned by S4 Capital, and the awarding of the contract moves the skincare and makeup brand into ‘whopper’ status.
Whopper status is given to a client that generates revenue in excess of US$20mln a year for the group, according to the analysts.
According to research, Estee spent US$94mln on media in North America last year, with Media.Monk tasked with all media planning and buying for Estee in the region.
S4 had previously done some work with Estee, but revenues were predicted to be in the low single digits.
The company has been clouded around negativity recently, with shares plummeting 26% after another delay of its preliminary results due to audit issues, which could continue to drag.
