archTIS Ltd has revealed strong financial gains for the half year to December 31, 2021, securing key contract wins and delivering high growth in licensing sales through positive annual revenue return.
The half year highlights for the company were a contract win with an Australian National Intelligence and Law enforcement agency, the addition of a new Microsoft Co-sell customer and the expansion of a key customer licence.

archTIS also generated 25 Microsoft intellectual property (IP) Co-sell pipeline opportunities totalling more than A$5 million.
Overall, the company netted A$2.423 million in licensing and services revenue, a 118% increase from the same half year period in 2021, and increased its annual recurring revenue to A$2.018 million, an impressive 104% increase.

“During the first half of this financial year, the company executed on a number of global expansion and growth opportunities including customer and partner expansion, US public market quoting on the OTCQB and the final merger integration of Nucleus Cyber and certain Cipherpoint technology assets,” archTIS managing director and CEO Daniel Lai said.
“We continued to drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new customer wins and renewals.
“With the success of our internationally backed capital raising, the company is well positioned to scale the business and continue driving product innovation.
“We look forward to executing on our growth initiatives for the remainder of FY22 and beyond.”
archTIS has A$12.53 million in cash in the bank following a A$6.9 million international capital raise after the company listed on the US-based OTCQB Market.
Additionally, archTIS launched Kojensi Enterprise v2.0 in the Australian markets with the aim of enhancing secure document and collaboration and sharing of sensitive content between government, industry base (DIB), and higher education institutions.
The company also announced the launch of the NC Protect Data Connector for Azure Sentinel in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and completed its merger with Nucleus Cyber.
