Love Hemp Group PLC (AQSE:LIFE, OTCQB:WRHLF) said it successfully completed the £2mln fundraising announced last week. The transaction was oversubscribed and completed by way of a placing and subscription of 206,000,000 new ordinary at a price of 1p per share, it added. The funds raised will be used for general working capital purposes, as well as streamlining the business.

IQ-AI Ltd (LSE:IQAI, OTCQB:IQAIF) said that, further to its announcement on 9 November 2020, it has allotted 113,781 ordinary shares to Mayo Clinic at a price of 6.41p per share. The shares were issued in accordance with the research and collaboration agreement regarding IB Trax, entered into between Mayo Clinic and Imaging Biometrics LLC, a subsidiary of IQ-AI.
