Bam Bam Resources contracts driller for the Majuba Hill copper project

The extensive exploratory plans include 2468 to 3353 meters of drilling in 11-15 reverse-circulation holes and will focus on expanding copper mineralization identified in previous drilling

Bam Bam Resources (CSE:BBR) Corp said it has entered a contract with Boart Longyear to drill at the Majuba Hill porphyry copper project in Pershing County Nevada.

The extensive exploratory plans include 2468 to 3353 meters of drilling in 11-15 reverse-circulation holes. The efforts will focus on expanding copper mineralization identified in previous drilling.

Bam Bam’s flagship Majuba Hill copper, silver and gold project is located 156 miles outside Reno, Nevada.

The company’s field personnel and contractors will continue to uphold operational health and safety protocols consistent with ensuring the health and safety of the employees and the local community.

Additionally, Bam Bam has implemented a quality assurance/ quality control program using best industry practices at the Majuba Hill project.

Samples collected at Majuba Hill are being transported directly to the ALS Sample Prep Facility in Reno or Elko, Nevada. From there, ALS then transports the prepared pulps to their analytical lab in Reno, Nevada or Vancouver, British Columbia.

While soil and rock chip samples are transported by the company directly to Elko or Reno.

All samples are analyzed for copper, gold, silver, and 33 other elements.

“Gold is determined by ALS method Au-AA23 which is a fire assay with an AAS finish on a 30-gram split, the statement read. “Copper, silver and the remaining 31 elements are determined by ALS method ME-ICP61 which is a four acid digestion and ICP-AES assay.”

According to the company approximately 5% of the submitted samples are drill duplicates and copper-gold-porphyry commercial standard reference material pulps.
